  12. Problem with connecting an IBM Aptiva with 28.8 data/fax/voice to my local 
  13. ISP.  The ISP uses Multitech 28.8 modems, with Livingston Portmaster 
  14. Interface.  When the modems do connect it isn't very long and then boom,  the 
  15. system hangs up.  Is this on my end or is it on the providers side?  Seems 
  16. that very few other users are having a problem.  Using Win95 with TCP/IP and 
  17. Dial-Up Networking.  Guess the question is help :)
